With the recent opening of our second fabrication facility, Kelchner is positioned to now offer you even more in welding, installation, inventory and more. Located in Hannibal on the banks of the Ohio River, our new 50,000-square-foot shop offers convenient access to river freight and numerous gas & oil projects, with an additional 12-acre complex for material handling and storage.

This new facility is powered by cutting-edge welding stations, mobile lifts and a 20-ton overhead crane. More importantly, it’s powered by our experienced team of certified welders, each armed with the hands-on knowledge and modern skills needed to handle today’s challenging welding demands.

Fabrication and assembly capabilities:

  • Pipe welding, painting and coating
  • Special expertise for 20”, 24” and 30” diameter pipe
  • 1” foam glass insulation for small bore pipe
  • Pin brazing
  • Cathodic protection
  • Small bore materials
  • Foundation work

    • Skids for mounting piping
    • Unloading/setting regulation skids, meter skids and separators
    • Column forming and pouring for skids
    • Various supports, sleds, framing and more
