Kelchner performed the site preparation and infrastructure installation for the $220 million Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, the largest project in history for the Louisville Corps of Engineers.

Confident and pleased with our performance, the General Contractor Butt Construction and their Joint Venture partner Archer Western, added to the scope of our work several times, almost tripling the value of our original $4 million contract and extending our time on the site by a year.
