Project Summary

This $36 million gated apartment complex in Mason, Ohio is the largest to be built in the Cincinnati/Dayton area in decades and is the largest community developed by Hills Communities in 15 years. Hills Communities owns or develops properties in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Florida, Texas, and North Carolina.  Project Manager for Hills Properties Limited said, “We used Kelchner because we had a time sensitive project that needed to be completed within two months of winter and we knew that Kelchner was the only contractor that could meet that deadline.”

In addition to the site prep and infrastructure installation, we installed 13,000 linear feet of curb and gutter and stabilized 40,000 square yards of sub-grade.
